Remember someone special

HNEkidshealth is always extremely honoured when an individual or family decides to support our children’s services by raising funds in memory of a loved one.

Gifts in honour of a loved one are a very special and meaningful way to honour their memory.

By creating a personalised online fundraising page, you can easily collect in loving memory donations.

John Hunter Children's Hospital

The Children, Young People and Families Directorate of Hunter New England Local Health District integrates a range of health care services designed to meet the ever-changing health needs of babies, children, young people and their families.

This single network brings together the vast range of hospital and community-based services in the Lake Macquarie, Upper and Lower Hunter, Port Stephens, Lower Mid North Coast and Greater Newcastle regions. Children's services at hospitals across the region include, John Hunter Children's Hospital, Manning, Maitland, Cessnock, Kurri Kurri, Muswellbrook, Scone and Singleton.

The John Hunter Children's Hospital (JHCH) is a specialised tertiary referral paediatric hospital in Newcastle, providing complex medical, surgical, major trauma and neonatal care services for Northern NSW.

The Children's Hospital in Newcastle, one of three children's hospitals in NSW, will over the course of a year see almost 25,000 children and young people present to the emergency department, have 9,000 admitted to hospital and perform over 100,000 occasions of service through outpatient clinics.

With your support of children's health services are able to treat our patients with the most state-of-the art equipment in a modern, friendly, caring and healing environment. Thank you!

Every dollar raised brings our children's health services that much closer to funding another piece of life-changing or life-saving equipment. Your support may also contribute to one of our refurbishment projects, such as a patient room or treatment space, so that our sick or injured children and young people feel at home when away from home.
